  • Randall Norstrem, D.V.M., C.C.R.T.

    Veterinarian / Practice Owner
Dr. Randall Norstrem graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota in 1991. He moved to Washington and began practice in a hospital that treated small animals, horses and did wildlife rehabilitation. He came to Crestwood Animal Hospital in 1996. He enjoys the challenge of medical cases and also has a keen interest in both orthopedic and soft-tissue surgical cases. Dr. Norstrem is one of the very few veterinarians that is fully certified in Canine Rehabilitation.

His passion is caring for the needs of working dogs and canine athletes. His hobbies include running, martial arts, metal and woodworking, playing musical instruments and reading medieval history.
  • Tracy Fuelleman, DVM

Dr. Fuelleman first started working with us as a relief veterinarian when Dr. Norstrem was out of town. We quickly realized how valuable she was and brought her on to work Thursdays while Dr. Norstrem focuses more of his attention to rehabilitation patients.

She poseses a fun and exciting personality that fits in very well with the Crestwood Family.
  • Receptionists

Leading our front office is Gena and Sarah.  Their smiling faces greet you at our door and answer your calls. Gena, our Office Manager, is experienced with the front and back sides of the hospital, having filled positions in most aspects of veterinary hospitals. We are fortunate to have her knowledge and skills to assist our clients and staff.

Sarah is one of our newest additions. Sarah's upbeat and happy personality brightens our office. We are so happy to have her join our little family. Sarah brings with her a couple of silly, adorable pups named Ellie and Arthur. They're still getting use to the idea of a new "home away from home" but fortunately we can buy their love with cookies.
  • Veterinary Technicians

We are fortunate to have a very skilled Veterinary Technician on staff named  Kaylie.  She has been an integral part of the Crestwood Crew for more than 20 years now. Her wealth of experience and knowledge is invaluable. We have been very lucky to have her on our team and look forward to many more years with her.
  • Kennel & Veterinary Assistants

Khrysten and Gena care for our patients that spend the night with us over the weekend.  They are in charge of keeping our guests happy and comfortable while they are with us.

Through the week the torch is passed to Nikki.  Nikki is a happy, upbeat soul that loves life and all the furry, scaley, and feathered animals of the world. She keeps the clinic sparkling clean and smelling fresh and assists the doctor, technician, and assistants during the day in all aspects of animal care.

Khrysten can be found assisting Dr. Norstrem, Dr. Fuelleman, and the technician through the day. Her bubbly, upbeat personality can't be missed. She has a little pup named Jyn that matches her glowing dimeaner and has been unofficially adopted as the "staff's little helper"...Jyn, not Khrysten :)

Kialie is another Veterinary Assistant that brings a wonderful sense of humor to our little family. She is always cheerful and ready to jump in and help get the job done. She can be found helping out in each and every area of the hospital and is an absolute joy to be around.

Courtney is our newest Veterinary Assistant and soon-to-be Veterinary Technician. We can't wait for her to be done with school and will be so proud of her when she completes the program and becomes licensed. Her fun, energetic personality really rounds out our crew. We are thrilled to have her aboard!
