Our Services

Compassionate care for a member of your family

Our appointments last for 20 minutes; however, if more time is needed to evaluate your pet or discuss his diagnosis or treatment, we take the time to ensure that you understand your pet's condition as well as possible. It may be helpful to write questions down before coming in for your appointment. Though we don't mind answering your questions over the phone, often it is much more helpful to answer them in the setting of the examination.

We do ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for your appointment, to help us stay on schedule. If this will be your pet’s first visit to us, we ask that you arrive 15-minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.

At Crestwood, we try to help you with all of your pet's health needs. Sometimes, we do find it necessary to refer you to a specialist for further diagnosis and treatment. For your convenience, some of the specialists will come directly to our office. For others, you will need to go to their offices. Whichever is the case, you may have confidence in our network of specialists—they are truly the best in their fields!
